I can just picture this inbetween two layers of a chocolate cake - that is then frosted with Cool Whip. Yum!
ReplyDeleteThanks! That sounds delicious! What to call it? Chocolate Candy Candy Mousse Cake? What do you think?
ReplyDeleteI will post my favorite Chocolate Cake Recipe....it's so moist...
How about Peppermint Truffle Cake? LOL - it sounds so decadent and rich...dress the sides of the cake with crushed candy cane too.
ReplyDeleteOK, I might whip up a sample of it this week - we got my mouth watering for it!
:)
Truffle Cake does more accurately describe the cake....that name sounds good! Since it's easier to put the crushed peppermint candy on the top, i would do that. I'm thinking 1/2 cup....let's post on our blogs!
